3. This website: cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and contains no advertising or social tracking code (e.g. Facebook pixel, Google Analytics), so we do not ask for cookie consent. Fonts are served from our own server; no third party learns that you opened the page.

We use no tracking code. We follow traffic through aggregated statistics built from our host’s server logs (AWStats), which use no cookies either (see “Website – server logs” above).

Your browser’s session storage keeps our servers’ status for up to 5 minutes so it isn’t re-checked on every page. It holds no personal data and is cleared when the browser closes.

The status indicator reads NAV Online Invoice status from the public vanenav.hu data file (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt), and your browser checks our servers directly. Like opening any website, these requests technically pass your IP address to those servers. vanenav.hu ↗

4. When we handle our clients’ data

Data stored in the systems we build and run (ERP, webshops, mobile apps, client portals) – e.g. our clients’ customers and employees – belongs to our clients. There we act as a data processor, strictly on the client’s instructions and under our contract. We never use that data for our own purposes, and at the end of the contract we hand it over on request and then delete it.

Where we use AI (e.g. management reports, document processing), the model only receives the data the task needs, masked where possible, and under our provider terms the data is not used for model training.

5. Who can access the data

Only staff who need the data for their work can access it. We use the following processors:

  • Hosting and emailTárhely.eu Szolgáltató Kft. (1144 Budapest, Ormánság u. 4.)Hungary
  • Calendar and video calls (consultation booking)Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Írország)EU; some data also in the USA (EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
  • AccountingRENTABILITÁS Kft.Hungary

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU. Should a provider make this necessary, we will only do so with appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) and list it here.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is role-based and logged, and systems are regularly updated and backed up. In case of a personal data breach we notify the authority within 72 hours, and affected people too if the risk is high.

7. Your rights

  • Access: ask what data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete data we no longer need or have no basis for.
  • Restriction: ask us to pause using the data.
  • Portability: receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

Send your request to iroda@frederik-technologies.com. We reply within one month, free of charge.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, postal: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9, phone: +36 1 391 1400, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or go to court – including the court of your place of residence.
