You get the software under a licence to use – we are responsible for maintenance, legal compliance and further development, so someone always knows the system. Your data is always yours and can be exported any time. Source code handover is possible by separate agreement.

No. You pay per milestone on an agreed schedule (e.g. 3, 4 or 5 instalments). Every payment is tied to a tangible, delivered result.

Yes. We check whether you are eligible for current grants and prepare the technical scope, budget and schedule to meet the grant requirements.

In most cases, yes. We align the milestones with the grant’s reporting schedule.

By default on our own servers in Hungary, or on your infrastructure or an EU cloud if you prefer. The data always belongs to you.

We operate an ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system and design systems to support your NIS2 and GDPR compliance: logging, access control, encryption, backups.

Only if you decide so. We can use models hosted in Hungarian data centres with no training on your data, or run a model fully on your own servers.
